You agree on notice that Custom Chair Mats are not returnable. Unlike other sites, we have made every effort to describe your purchase via pictures and descriptions. If you are still unsure if one of our products will work for your application, please request a sample/samples via email, fax or phone. We will promptly send them to you.
On occasion we may have scratch, dent, discontinued item sales. You agree on notice that Scratch, Dent and or other items listed on our Scratch & Dent Sales page are not returnable.
During checkout you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. The Mat Store is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If the order has not shipped by the time you contact us we will be able to alter the address.
UPS/FedEx Corrected Address: Carriers charge us additional fees for addresses that they correct during delivery attempts. Exam: Wrong zip code, wrong street address, missing suite number, etc. Current address correction fees are $17.00.
If you receive a defective chair mat, we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive a replacement at no cost to you. You must contact us within 2-3 business days of receiving the item to get the necessary information that may be needed to process a claim, provide a return authorization, etc.. The Mat Store will take care of any shipping charges to return the defective chair mat and get the replacement to you.
We warrant our vinyl chair mats to be free from defects in workmanship or material. Should one of our (.200 thick +/-10%) Ultra Supreme mats or (.250 thick +/-10%) Executive Supreme mats break or crack under normal usage, we will replace the chair mat once with a like or similar product (or, at our option refund the original purchase price) upon proof of purchase and upon return of a small piece of the defective mat to factory or a detailed picture with transportation charges prepaid by you to and from factory. (You will be responsible for the freight for the replacement mat under this warranty).
Colors are subject to normal action of exposure and to sunlight and are therefore not covered by this warranty. The use of metal casters or casters with surface contact less than one-half inch in width or use on painted or varnished surfaces voids this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect the returned goods for evidence of misuse prior to issuing any adjustments.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchant-ability of fitness, which are expressly excluded. Liability under this warranty is limited to cost of the product and shall not extend to any other special or consequential damages.
Please Note: Mats that have been converted to an Aerated Mat or a Link Mat are not covered under this or any warranty.
