I'd like to share a very positive experience with Mr. Pall ******* of the Mat Store, Inc.
I just purchased a used poker table for my game room and I thought a large round mat would be ideal because of the thick carpet and lack of mobility. I unfortunately did not have any success finding a mat anywhere at the local retailers in Minneapolis, or even online, but the Mat Store had a solution. Because of the large size of this mat, Patl said he could build a customized poker table mat that extends three feet beyond the chair with two half moon design that could placed under the base of the table and create a perfect round mat. Because of the immense size and cost of the labor and material, he inquired what type of casters that were on the chair and he recommended that purchase double wheel casters from ****** and he said it would probably solve the problem at a fraction of the price! Pall demonstrated a high degree of ethics and as a Accredited Business member myself for over 13 years I would rate this organization and Mr. Pall *******, an A+++. Even though I did not initially purchase anything from the Mat Store, the business ethics that he exhibited were superior and exactly in the matter that I treat our potential customers. I am going to nominate Pall and the Mat Store for the 2017 for the BBB's Torch Award for Ethics. Keep up the good work, Pall and BRAVO for the high marks, as they are well deserved!

I ordered on web after calling and getting great verbal service in answering my questions. Received: Monday. Unpackaged, excellent instructions on how to get mat to adjust from rolled to flat, used the hair dryer warming method.
Will use before evening today.

I can tell by the quality of this mat (Ultra Supreme Classic Vinyl) that I am going to "really satisfied" with the performance and durability.
This is high quality material, correctly represented, and worth every cent of the price. You don't find this quality in the local office supply stores or the big box outlet stores.

FULLY RECOMMEND "The Mat Store" to anyone who wants to make a solid purchase from a honest company.

Only problem I can see for The Mat Store is I won't need to replace this mat for several years, however, I will recommend The Mat Store to my business friends and encourage them to buy!

Executive Supreme Chair Mat & Black Soft Dual Wheel Casters

OMG – Where has The Mat Store been all my life? I have had a home office for over 20 years and been buying chair mats from Office Depot. I have gone through about 6 mats in that time period only about half of which were replaced free with their “life time” warranty.

When I called The Mat Store the sales representative not only helped me pick out the perfect floor mat for my needs but during our discussion he discovered that I had been using a round “roller ball” caster on my office chair. He explained why these roller ball casters were wearing out all my mats and told me that even with their Executive Supreme Chair Mat that this type of roller ball caster would void their warranty.

I received my new Executive Supreme Chair Mat and Black Soft Dual Wheel Casters in about 2 days (super fast shipping with no additional express shipping charges) from The Mat Store, put it down and replaced my roller ball casters with their Black Soft Dual Wheel Casters.

OMG, what a difference. I feel like I am rolling on air. I have severe back problems and I now wonder if bad casters and inexpensive mats in the past have been a part of them. I love my new Executive Supreme Chair Mat and Black Soft Dual Wheel Casters.

Well worth every penny I paid for them. Now, if and when this Executive Supreme Chair Mat wears out, I hope I will be just as happy with their return/replacement life time warranty.

I wanted to thank you very much for the custom mat. It came out perfect, I appreciate that you cut this for me down to the 1/8". It fits my office like a glove, and doesn't slide around like the smaller one I had previously. It's nice and thick, and the beveled edges came out very nice.
I'm a pretty fussy engineer and tend to be critical, so it's rare for me to be so happy about a product. You made it easy for me to order via e-mail, many companies really break down on the internet when you try and go outside their standard online order forms.
