Laminated mats are warranted for 3 years from the date of purchase.
For use with Soft Wheel Type Casters made for Wood Floors and Laminates Only.
The use of metal casters, Ball Casters, hard plastic carpet casters, or casters with surface contact less than one-half inch in width voids this warranty.
Please keep the mat surface clean. Ground in dirt and grime from wheel caster can cause premature wear to the laminated surface.
Warranty does not cover issues with dirt or grime damage or incorrect caster use damage.

I had a small issue with the mat I received from the Mat Store and contacted them. I have to say that their promptness and courtesy was some of the best I had ever experienced. The product is really good and they rectified the problem without me have to spend a penny. So encouraging! I highly recommend this store and the product!
