Many sizes of our mats are not ship-able flat due to over sized shipping restrictions via standard carrier delivery.
We roll all of our vinyl mats to reduce our shipping costs, and also to avoid over sized restrictions.
This allows us to be able to provide our customers with larger sized mats.
Shipping mats flat requires shipping on a pallet via freight carrier. Shipping single quantity mats via freight is usually cost prohibitive.
Once you receive your mat, it will normally flatten within 24-48 hours at room temperature.
The Ultra Supreme Lifetime warranty.
Should one of our Ultra .200 classic vinyl mats break or crack under normal usage on proper carpet and caster application, The Mat Store will do a one time warranty replacement of the chair mat with a like or similar product (or, at it's option refund the original purchase price) upon proof of purchase.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchant-ability of fitness, which are expressly excluded.
Liability under this warranty is limited to cost of the product and shall not extend to any other special or consequential damages.
